By using dayli.work (the “service”), you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Noral, Inc.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your sign-in link or credentials. If you connect your Google account, you authorize dayli.work to access your calendar to sync time blocks. You can revoke that access at any time from your Google account settings or from your dayli.work profile.
Acceptable use
Don't use dayli.work to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the service for others. Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to break the platform's security. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
Your content is yours
We claim no ownership of the projects, tasks, comments, files, or other content you put into the service. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the service for you. Export at any time; delete at any time.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free tier is free, genuinely. Pro and Team are paid; pricing shown on the pricing page. You can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. We don't auto-charge annual unless you specifically opted in for the annual discount.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it during beta. If we have a sustained outage on a paid plan, contact us and we'll credit your account.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data; after a 30-day backup window, we delete it.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot legally limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
